HISTORY

The BRSC was set up in the summer of 1931 to provide private, informal racing between Beaulieu residents and this largely remains the case to this day. The club continues to encourage a relaxed approach to racing, training, pottering and of course, socialising, on the unique Beaulieu River. You can find more on the club’s history here

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is restricted to those that are resident in the neighbourhood of the river including the parishes of Beaulieu,
East Boldre and Exbury.

For more about membership click here

VOLUNTEERING

The Club relies on members to volunteer for roles that allow it to run its programme of events. It is expected that all of us take our turn now and again. You can find out more about the types of duties to be covered here

Put your name down to volunteer using the buttons in the diary, accessible here

TRAINING

The club tries to encourage its younger members by running 2 training sessions.
Junior Sailing is for children from 8 years and takes place from Rope Factory Field in Optimists with a final year in Scows.
Senior Sailing is based at Needs Ore and is in Toppers and Lasers. See more….
